In this video, we’re going to talk about how to lose weight faster and in less time.

There are three things you need to do. These are weight loss tips you can apply if your metabolism is fine. However, you may need to get healthier before you do this if your metabolism is very bad.

How to lose weight faster:

1. Your insulin needs to be at zero
Insulin is the hormone that’s activated by sugar. In the presence of insulin, you won’t be able to lose fat. You can’t do “anything in moderation.” You need to lower your sugar and carbohydrate intake.

2. Your cortisol needs to be at zero
Cortisol is a stress hormone made by your adrenal glands. Try taking long walks at an easy pace for 45-60 minutes each day. Also, try getting a little bit more sleep. Another way to help lower cortisol is to consume more celery.

3. No bloating
You can’t eat foods that bloat you and still lose weight. Bloating can be a digestive stress that will inhibit fast weight loss. Make sure to avoid foods, including certain vegetables and beans, that cause you to be bloated.

If you’re wondering how to lose weight faster, these key things might just help.
