Today we're going to talk about why people can't lose weight. This is part three in a three-part series. In this part of the series, we're mainly going to cover self-discipline and how it relates to weight loss.
What is self-discipline? It's your ability to control your body and not let your body control you.
Self-discipline can really affect your ability to lose weight.
1. The first thing is to be aware of what you're doing. Instead of eating what you're craving, be aware of what you're consuming.
2. The next thing is to take preventative measures like eating a good breakfast and handling stress properly.
3. The last thing you need to do is differentiate what your body really needs. For example:
• If you're craving carbs or starches, you actually may need B vitamins
• If you're craving chocolate, you actually may need magnesium
• If you're craving sugar or sweets, you actually may need potassium
