In this video, I'm going to share my most important weight loss tip. If you're wondering how to lose weight, this video is for you. 

Not doing things is at least 80% more important than doing certain things. You need to put most of your time, effort, and energy into avoiding certain things. 

There are six fat-burning hormones and three fat-making hormones. Cortisol and insulin are two of the fat-making hormones. Cortisol is triggered by stress, and insulin is triggered by sugar. These hormones, even in small amounts, will destroy all of the good things you're doing for your health. These are things you need to avoid.
