In this video, I’ll tell you the real reason why your testosterone is low enough that you need to take it, and give you two ways to raise it naturally.

Men usually believe their testosterone gets too low simply because they’re getting older. But if that was true, why is it that some men don’t need it because their level stays normal? Let’s dig in.

Your adrenals and testicles are responsible for making testosterone. Most of it is made by the testicles. Testosterone’s purpose is to develop male characteristics such as sperm, muscle mass, and bone strength. The problem is, any time you take a hormone, the gland that makes it gets inactivated. That’s why some of the side effects of taking testosterone include high blood pressure, male pattern baldness, and atrophy of the testicles.

The single most common reason that people have low levels of testosterone, is high levels of insulin. High insulin will suppress testosterone. This is why men who have insulin resistance or diabetes have low testosterone.

Here’s how you know you have high insulin: you have a gut; your blood pressure and cholesterol are high; your blood sugars are high. And there are more symptoms.

If you have high insulin and want a solution to lower it and raise your testosterone, I recommend the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting.
