In this video, I’m going to share 3 dietary mistakes I was making before I knew what to eat and what not to eat.

Here are the mistakes:
1. Do not skip meals! Snack on nuts, seeds, and apples throughout the day, and don’t allow yourself to get hungry.
2. The best fruit is an apple, have one every night before bed.
3. Do not eat animal proteins in the first two weeks (of a diet).

These 3 diet tips were big mistakes. You should refrain from constantly snacking in between meals. Every time you eat, you spike insulin.

Apples are very high in sugar, so you shouldn’t eat them often if you want to lose weight.

Abstaining from animal protein is also a bad idea. You need protein to build body tissues and to maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
