It’s actually easy to avoid complex recipes and cooking on keto. Here are 11 keto-friendly meals and snacks that you can make in no time:

1. Boiled eggs- You can purchase eggs already boiled and add butter, salt, mayo, or sour cream for added healthy fats
2. Simple salad- Purchase bagged salads, add a few toppings, and finish with olive oil and vinaigrette
3. Spinach and tuna- Sauté or steam spinach, top with canned wild tuna, and finish with shaved parmesan
4. Sardines- Contain high levels of omega-3 fatty acids
5. Nuts and nut butter
6. Snap Peas- High in vitamin C
7. Celery-Top with hummus or nut butter
8. Cheese- Go for fattier cheeses paired with summer sausage
9. Protein shake or meal replacement shake

11. Keto bombs- You can make them on the weekend and freeze them to eat throughout the week
