Here are some of the most common keto diet side effects paired with a simple remedy:
•Muscle cramps — Increase potassium
•Palpitations — Increase potassium
•Weakness — Increase sodium
•Bad breath — Decrease protein and add apple cider vinegar
•Dizziness — Increase sodium (sea salt and water)
•Fatigue — Increase B1 and B5 (nutritional yeast)
•Feeling cold — Increase iodine (sea kelp)
•Unsatisfied after meals — Increase fat
•Right shoulder pain — Decrease fat and nuts
•Constipation — Avoid excessive cheese or meat and increase vegetables (consume fermented vegetables)
