In this video, we’re going to talk about keto-friendly ingredients to avoid.
I’ve been getting a lot of questions about certain ingredients that are keto-friendly. I want to give you a quick list of ingredients that are safe and not safe on keto.
Okay to have:
• Gum acacia
• Locust bean gum
• Xanthan gum
• Guar gum
• Lecithin
• Gellan gum
• Sugarcane fiber
• Psyllium
• Artichoke fiber
• Inulin
Don’t have:
• Tapioca starch/flour
• Corn starch
• Turbinado sugar
• Coconut water
• Maltitol
• Maltodextrin
• Dextrin
Make sure that you always check the ingredients in your food to make sure they are actually healthy and keto-friendly.
