In this video, I’m going to go over everything I eat in a day on a keto diet. I usually wake up around 5:30 a.m. and have a small cup of coffee with cream and a ½ teaspoon of xylitol. I’ll also have 4 nutritional yeast tablets and either Teeccino or tea later on.

I have my first meal around 1:30 p.m. Typically I’ll have 4 pasture-raised eggs seasoned with sea salt and pepper. With my eggs, I’ll have either 6 slices of bacon, 3 sausages, or 2 grass-fed hot dogs. I’ll also eat 4 ounces of my favorite cheese with some olives. Sometimes I’ll add in an avocado as well.

Right after the meal, I’ll consume about 4 tablespoons of almond butter with celery or some pecans. I usually mix electrolyte powder and wheatgrass juice powder and drink it for energy.

Around 530 p.m. I’ll have dinner. I always have a huge salad of around 10 cups of vegetables. I don’t use spinach. I’ll incorporate other types of lettuce as well as cabbage. I like to add bell pepper, avocado, pork rinds, and seeds. Always choose a salad dressing without sugar! Alongside my salad, I’ll have some protein. I have either grass-fed beef, pork sausage, or wild-caught salmon.

At 10:15 I’ll take Sleep Aid, which helps me fall asleep within 15 minutes. I’ll sleep for 7 hours and do it all over again!
