In this video, I’m going to talk about upper arm fat. I’ve talked a lot about belly fat, but I haven’t fully covered the issue of gaining fat in the upper part of the body.

I’m going to quickly summarize the body types.

Liver - Often associated with a pot-belly
Cortisol - Often associated with a saggy belly
Estrogen - Associated with fat in the hips, thighs, and buttocks
Thyroid - Associated with fat all over the body

When people come to me to help them with upper arm fat, the first question I ask is this: when did it all start? It usually starts after an increase in estrogen. Anything that supports the menstrual cycle or balances estrogen is great for upper arm fat.

Here’s how you can balance estrogen:
• Drink kale shakes
• Avoid all soy products and ingredients
• Eat all organic, hormone-free foods
