0:19 Look up effective microbes; some of the products contain microbes that are dairy-free
I had a question about how you can consume probiotics if you’re lactose intolerant or sensitive to dairy. Many people get their probiotics from fermented dairy products like yogurt or kefir. But you can also get friendly bacteria from fermented vegetables. Sauerkraut and kimchi are two examples.
As well, you can take a product called Effective Microbes. Look it up online! There are products out there that contain microbes that aren’t dairy.
Effective microbes, also called EM for short, are probiotic product that you can find online and at health food stores. They contain lots of different strains of beneficial microbes that are dairy-free.
It’s easy to get your dairy-free probiotics when you know what the alternative is.
