I had right-sided shoulder and neck pain for over a decade and didn’t know what was causing it. I finally found out what the real problem was, and in this video, I’m going to share what really causes right-sided tightness or pain in the head, neck, shoulder, or back—and what you can do about it.

The liver is on the right side of the body. Your liver generates bile, and it flows down through the bile ducts into the gallbladder, where it’s concentrated. With the help of the pancreas, bile helps you break down fats.

There are a few things that can cause this process not to work correctly and cause pain and tightness, including:
• A fatty liver
• Liver cirrhosis
• Bile backup
• A stone or sludge

If you have pain or tightness on the right side, consider your gallbladder. If you have pain on the left side, it could be your pancreas. I believe one of the best natural remedies for right shoulder and neck pain is purified bile salts.

Potential causes of right-sided shoulder and neck pain:
• Unsaturated fatty acids (omega-6 fatty acids)
• Nuts
• Chemicals in the food or drinks you consume
• Refined carbs
• Consuming excess fats on keto when not adapted

A few things to do:
• Consume more omega-3 fatty acids (salmon, sardines, cod liver oil)
• Consume organic foods
• Consume fewer nuts
• Do the healthy version of the keto diet
• Increase the number of vegetables you consume
• Do regular intermittent fasting and periodic prolonged fasting
