In this video, we’re going to share with you a delicious recipe for roasted brussels sprouts. These homemade Brussels sprouts are super easy, low-carb, and really healthy. It’s always great to get more cruciferous vegetables like Brussels sprouts in your diet. Brussels sprouts have a lot of nutrition, and they are a great detoxifier. I like to make these delicious oven-roasted Brussels sprouts with an aioli dip, which is also a keto recipe. These roasted Brussels sprouts are also great with some onion and bacon bits mixed in. Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe:
Directions and Ingredients:
Preheat oven at 375.
Prepare 20 fresh brussels sprouts, cut in half and placed on a cookie sheet.
Drizzle olive oil on each, coat well.
Spinkle sea salt and pepper to taste.
Place in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes (until moderately browned).
Dip
6 tbs of non-soy mayo
1 tbs of lemon juice
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tbs of chopped parsley
