In this video, we’re going to talk about what to do if you want to do the ketogenic diet but you don’t like to eat vegetables.

This is a common situation that can happen. You’re going to lose a lot of fat, and we want to keep the fat going through the liver and the gallbladder; without vegetables, it’s difficult to flush all of that out.

The vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients found in vegetables are also vital to your health and wellbeing.

First, start by thinking about vegetables that you do like—likely there’s at least a couple. At the very least, consume plenty of vegetables that you do like.

These are some other ways you can get more vegetables on keto if you don’t like vegetables:
• Kale shakes (hide taste with berries)
• Use dips, like hummus or guacamole (with carrots and celery)
• Fermented vegetables (like pickles and sauerkraut)
• Green powders (like wheatgrass juice powder)
• Food concentrates
• Steamed spinach with protein
