In this video, I want to clear up some diet confusion, and we’re going to talk about how to find the perfect diet. I want to give you some insight into healthy eating and the correct way to choose a diet plan that suits your body.
We eat food to get the nutrients that our body requires to function correctly. Your diet needs to provide you with plenty of nutrients. Vegetables are a rich source of vitamins and minerals. But, you also need things like fat-soluble vitamins, which you get from fat. It’s really important to know your own body type. You should follow a healthy diet plan and compare the results to see for yourself what works best in your case and how you feel about that diet plan.
