Today, we’re going to talk about what you can do if you’re hungry or having cravings even though you’re on a low-carb diet. You may be eating out of habit even though you’re not really hungry. It’s important to make sure you really are hungry. If you’re actually hungry, there could be a few reasons why.
A few reasons why you might still be hungry even though you’re doing a low-carb diet:
1. You’re not doing fasting
2. You’re consuming hidden carbs
3. Your dietary fat is too low
4. You haven’t given it enough time
5. You’re consuming low-nutrient foods
6. You have insulin resistance
7. You have low bile
