Today I want to cover a few simple remedies for athlete's foot. Athlete's foot is a fungal skin infection that occurs between the toes or the bottom of the foot. It can also start to affect the nails if left for some time.

Athlete's foot can involve itchiness, scaly skin, cracking skin, and redness. It's very contagious, and you can get athlete's foot from your pets, clothes, and touching surfaces that have the fungus. The fungus loves moisture and a warm environment, so that's why they love the feet.

I think the best remedy for athlete's foot is to stop feeding the fungus. They like to eat simple sugars and refined carbohydrates—anything that can be fermented like sugar, starch, and grains. This means you may benefit from a Healthy Keto diet.

Natural remedies for athlete's foot:
1. Wash your socks and shoes in bleach
2. Stay in a dry environment (wear sandals or ventilated shoes)
3. Apply a few drops of tea tree oil mixed in coconut oil or olive oil directly on the feet (you can also use neem oil, garlic oil, thyme oil, clove oil, or peppermint oil instead of tea tree oil)
