Cheese has become a taboo in the health department. Over the years, cheese has been linked to various health disorders like cardiovascular dysfunction, obesity, high cholesterol induced conditions and what not.
But today, we have a great news for cheese lovers out there.
Studies have revealed that a little bit of cheese doesn’t do harm but is actually healthy for our body. What? Yes!

But how is cheese consumption associated with healthy outcomes?
Various types of cheese contain high levels of probiotics that lower the inflammatory action in the body. Conjugated linoleic acid present in cheese can affect your blood cholesterol by lowering bad cholesterol aka LDL and raising the levels of good cholesterol aka HDL.
