Common Migraine Triggers, including environmental, biological and psychological triggers

Migraines are often pulsatile and unilateral headaches that are very debilitating and have associated symptoms. Migraines have a wide variety of possible triggers including foods and beverages along with other non-dietary triggers including environmental, biological and psychological factors. In this lesson, we discuss a long list of these triggers along with some research literature that further expounds these factors.
