Traveler’s Diarrhea | Causes (Bacteria, Viruses, Protozoa), Risk Factors, Symptoms, Diagnosis, Treatment

Travelers Diarrhea is the most common infection in travelers to impoverished areas/nations. There are several risk factors included poor hygiene and proton pump inhibitor use. Signs & symptoms of travelers diarrhea include often a watery diarrhea (but may be bloody diarrhea). We also discuss diagnosis, treatment and prevention of travelers diarrhea.
