If the AQI is grater than 100, air is unhealthy;
If the AQI is less than or equal to 100, air is healthy.
To show air is unhealthy:
H0 (null hypothesis) AQI=100 (implies AQI less than or equal to 100), air is unhealthy.
Ha (alternative hypothesis) AQI is greater than 100, n=16, sample mean=104.
Do we reject H0 (null hypothesis)?
