Application of Friction Loss. Please pay attention in the “iteration” part.Consider the steps:

Choose a velocity (1 m/s is ok)
Calculate Reynolds Number
Find Friction Factor using Moody’s Diagram (Re, e/D)
Calculate Friction loss (V and f.f. dependent)
Check with Equation 1.
Iterate if needed (start in step 1)
Once you get a solution with low % of error (1-5%) you may continue.
