Intelle Stamp 3C - modern the three-component screw type extrusion-formation complex intended for the formation of confectionery products from dense masses (an iris nougat hematogen, a custard paste for spice-cakes, the cooled dense cottage cheese mass) with fillings. Allows extrusion of masses with addition of particles 3-5ΠΌΠΌ (a nut, raisin, candied fruits etc.). It is characterized as powerful screw head system of extrusion with three modern cutting systems: diaphragm cutting (allows to produce balls and cylinders with oval edges), string cutting (allows to receive flat figures from 3 color masses), guillotine cutting (allows to receive bars with a stuffing or two-layer bars with filling, like "Mars", "Bounty").
IntelleStamp it can be used as integrated module of CreaSweet which can work on the basis of integration with IntelleBase in different combinations with systems IntelleDrop for liquid masses or IntelleMix for masses of average viscosity, or can be used as the independent module for the formation of products on the pallet, on conveyer belt or on a substrate from cookies, fruit candy, wafers etc. Module sharing in complex Creasweet allows to combine surprising combinations of 3 components in one product.
IntelleStamp is equipped with powerful electric drives and the modern computer system accurately setting speed of extrusion, mass temperature, modes of cutting and also proportions of giving two different masses (for example stuffings and covers of balls from two cottage cheeses(Vanilla +Choco) and jam inside). The size and weight of a product are regulated with the help of software program, and their form depends on established nozzles. The bunker and working chambers have thermostabilization until product exit and allow to maintain the temperature established under the program. Cutting blocks and nozzles are easily replaceable.
IntelleStamp has illumination of a working zone and a digital camera, allowing to remember the image of finished products as an icons on the display for future reference.
