Steps to Perform:
1. Install VM
2. Install pre-requisite rpms oracle-database-preinstall-19c or oracle*
3. Download 19c Database software from edelivery
4. Create Oracle Home /u01/app/oracle/product/19.0.0.0/dbhome_1
5. Unzip 29c DB software into Oracle Home /u01/app/oracle/product/19.0.0.0/dbhome_1
6. run the runInstaller from /u01/app/oracle/product/19.0.0.0/dbhome_1 and crease Oracle Home
7. run the dbca from /u01/app/oracle/product/19.0.0.0/dbhome_1/bin for database creation - DEVDB
