Sitting in front of a computer for hours can actually be bad for your health. In this video, we'll show you the basics of ergonomics so you'll be able to avoid straining your eyes, wrists, neck, and back.

Spending some time adjusting your chair and keyboard position can go a long way toward creating a comfortable and safe workspace. If you're still uncomfortable, you may have more luck with an adjustable office chair or an ergonomic keyboard.

To avoid eye strain, you can adjust the position of your monitor so the top of the screen is at eye-level. You can also adjust your monitor's brightness, and some monitors allow you to adjust the color to be warmer or cooler.
