Watch the steps come together, as I show you how to paint a rose in oil. I used water mixable oil paints, building up the layers with my brush. The steps would be the same if I was painting a rose in acrylics. Water-mixable oils are the perfect medium inbetween acrylics and oil paints. They are beautiful at blending colors, but only need water to clean up - easy!
