Can you use Design Sprint to initiate a new product or define an MVP?
The answer is Yes. You can use the Design Sprint as part of a new product creation, innovation or proof of concept validation. The Design Sprint isn’t best used for execution work, but rather prototyping and validation. Using the 30-60-90 concept, we explain how you can use the Design Sprint as the first 30%, where it’s about coming up with a proof, to test and see if the market/audience has the appetite for it. From there, the next 60% and 90% mark should be a combinatioin of agile methodology processes and design sprints to execute and launch your MVP. Enjoy the video!
