What is Co-design? (in UX and Product Design)

Co-design is a collaborative design process that brings expertise and unique perspectives together - with a purpose to serve a specific, collective need or goal. In Digital product design, co-design has become increasingly important given the complexity of challenge that we deal with on a daily basis. The Co-design mindset and process helps us gather views and thoughts from experts, stakeholders and users or any other participants, giving us objective narrative to each individual's needs.
