Course Description
"30 Days youga routine is a 30-day yoga program that guides participants through a daily journey of exploring and enhancing their yoga practice. The course offers a variety of yoga exercises and styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Flow yoga. It incorporates physical fitness exercises to strengthen muscles associated with yoga, as well as breathing techniques and meditation exercises to improve awareness and focus. Participants are led through a progressive sequence of movements and yoga poses, starting from simplicity and relaxation and gradually advancing to more challenging sequences. Each session concludes with a relaxation and renewal period to promote relaxation, calmness, and rejuvenation of the mind and body.
