Greetings. I finished my course and the name of the course is not on the certificate, there is also another course that I want to delete from my account.
Troubleshooting is more procedural as the entire process typically revolves around specific workflow protocols that can keep the issue from being fixed as soon as it's found. Debugging, by definition, is meant to find and fix the problem all in one shot but the reality could be different.
