I really enjoyed the course and I learnt a lot and I am happy I took the course.
The enter process of operations management is important both for improve quality of product and service to the customers and optimization of of resources both human and material leading to customer satisfaction and profits.
HR is very important for companies to manage human and material resources.
I would highly recommend this course to others and would love to see similar methodologies used in the future.
