Cardiac electrophysiology systems course,
in this course we will learn about the operation and applications of cardiac electrophysiology (EP) systems used to diagnose and treat heart rhythm disorders. The course covers the fundamentals of EP studies, including how these systems map electrical signals within the heart to identify arrhythmias. Participants will explore techniques for catheter-based procedures, such as ablation, as well as how to set up and calibrate EP equipment. Emphasis will be placed on interpreting electrophysiological data, integrating fluoroscopy and 3D mapping systems, and ensuring patient safety throughout procedures. By the end of the course, learners will have the skills to effectively use EP systems in clinical settings to support diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
